Integrity, innovation and hard work are the keys to our success. Our Airline Operations Center (AOC) is a state-of-the-art facility based in the United States that has global reach to regional support offices and airports. The AOC is a high-tech network infrastructure that supports the latest methods of tracking and managing aircraft and provides global visibility of an airline's service operation.

Our standard AOC offering provides real-time technical support, event resolution and emergency spares management. Calls are promptly answered by experienced technicians who have the knowledge and tools to assist airlines in resolving their in-service issues. Our premium AOC service offering covers global maintenance operations assistance, maintenance planning, and system performance tracking and reporting.

Quality system performance is ensured throughout the entire product lifecycle by tracking system issues down to an individual part number. This level of system performance monitoring allows the AOC to take quick action in resolving in-service issues.

Spares Inventory and Logistics Management is a service offered through the AOC that includes a spares level guarantee across the airline's operational network. The Thales Service and Support team is a firm believer in Lifecycle Management Programs as they ensure product availability while keeping costs lower and predictable.

The repair and support network includes, repair facilities located across the world, regional support centers and on-site personnel located at strategic airports. Our repair stations are world class operations with the latest in avionics grade test equipment and highly skilled personnel. Our Field Support Engineering teams are locally available to provide entry-into-service support to ensure the Thales equipped fleet is available from first flight.

TopCare is a flexible service program allowing airlines to select the service components they require for their unique operations. The key components cover Onboard Maintenance, Spares and Logistics Management, Repairs and System Performance Reporting.

The global TopCare network has been built to support airlines across the world. Each support location provides close proximity of highly trained onboard maintenance personnel to ensure quick resolution to all system issues.

Training Solutions

Training is a personal process of discovery and accomplishment. Inspired by our customer's needs, our training offering covers a full spectrum of services each built with careful attention to detail and uncompromised standards. We provide a unique personal service that enables flight crew and maintenance staff to immerse themselves into a rich learning experience that produces long lasting results.

Teaching methods are offered as class room, computer based and interactive kiosk training. Materials can be provided in multiple languages with updates as required. Supplemental courses are also available.



Classroom Training: Our state-of-the-art training facilities are based in Irvine, California. Class sizes are groups of no more than 15 to ensure the maximum amount of attention is given to each individual. Training can also occur at the airlines location.

Computer-Based Training (CBT): Available for both Windows and Mac computers, our CBT offers a self-paced, interactive experience with guided practice exercises.

Interactive Kiosk Training: For airline training centers, we offer customized kiosks that roll into any room. A kiosk houses aircraft Line Replacement Units to simulate the cabin crew, line maintenance and passenger experience.
